The itinerary has been designed as a progressive process.

Each stage fulfills a specific function in the development of the Field, the practice, and the integration of the experience.

Schedules may be adjusted depending on environmental conditions, always prioritizing the quality of the training.

I. Opening of the Field

Beijing · September 3–5

September 3
Arrival in Beijing.
Airport reception, transfer to the hotel, and check-in.
First contact with the Field of the journey.

September 3
Visit to the Forbidden City (Palace Museum).
Conscious exploration of the symbolic order of Heaven – Earth – Human Being.

September 4
Visit to Hongluo Temple.
Gentle practice in a mountain environment and contemplative observation.

September 5
Participation in the Second International Congress of Inner Perceptions Psychology.
Academic and experiential exchange.

II. Deepening the Training

Great Wall & Mount Wutai · September 6–15

September 6
Conscious walk along the Great Wall of China.
Transfer to Mount Wutai.

September 6–15
Extended stay at Mount Wutai (五台山).

This period forms the core of the journey.

During these days, intensive practice of Wu Yuan Zhuang (Five Organs Method) will take place, oriented toward:

Integration of the organs’ Qi

Transformation within the Hunyuan Palace

Stabilization of the Field

Refinement of perception

The environment supports continuity, depth, and internal clarity.

This period represents the heart of the journey.

III. Tradition, Nature & Internal Arts

September 15–20

Departure to Pingyao.
Exploration of the ancient city.

September 16
Visit to the Taihang Grand Canyon.
Conscious observation in a vast natural landscape.

September 17
Transfer to Shaolin Temple.

September 18
Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu demonstration and visit to the temple.

September 19
Exploration of the Bodhidharma (Damo) Cave, a place associated with deep states of concentration.

September 20
Stop in Luyi.
Visit to Laojuntai, the temple dedicated to Laozi, founder of Taoism.

Immersion in the cultivation of the Dao and the harmonization of Qi.

IV. Traditional Medicine & Classical Wisdom

September 21–22

September 21
Bozhou – Medicinal Herb Market.

Practice of energetic perception applied to medicinal plants.

September 22
Qufu – Temple of Confucius.

Reflection on ethics, social harmony, and human character.

Transfer to Mount Tai (Taishan).

V. Final Integration

Mount Tai · September 23–24

Ascent to Mount Taishan (泰山), a spiritual axis associated with the relationship between Heaven – Earth – Human Being.

Integration practices in the Wufeng area (Five Peaks).

Visit to the Bixia Yuanjun Sanctuary.

Meditation beneath the Great Ginkgo Tree.

Internal closing and integration of the process.


VI. Closing of the Journey

September 25–26

September 25
Return to Beijing.
Mid-Autumn Festival Gala celebration.

September 26
Free time.
Transfer to the airport and farewell.
